Current Class Schedule

July 20th ~ Lets make some Fused Garden Art

In this fusing workshop we will make some bugs or flowers to put in the garden! It’s a great workshop to share with kids and adults alike. Students will use pieces of glass to build a colorful bug or flower. You have a choice of making one on a stake, or it can hang as a suncather or be a table bug! Students will create their bugs and place them in the kiln. The projects are fuse over night and are ready to go home the next day.

Time: 10:00 am – noon    Fee: $40.00

July 27th ~ “welcome” mosaic sign

Moasics are a great way to learn about working with glass. A silkscreened welcome message will be provided for each student to create a mosaic border around. Then the project will be finished by grouting the piece to make an atractive mosaic “Welcome” sign.

This is a class for beginners or experienced glass artists.

Time: 9 – noon    Fee: $40.00

August 10th ~ Create your own Celestial Star

Create a star that will shine day or night. Students choose colors of stained glass to make a star with a glass nugget in the center. They will learn to cut the glass, foil and solder the project together. We will decorate them with wire. They will go home ready to dance in the sunshine.

Time: 9:00 am - noon Fee $30.00
